Daybreak 2250 AD is an interactive sound and animation machine. Created as a one week final project in my Experiments in Interactivity II class. For the assignment each member of the class was allowed to pick from a selection of thrift store books and asked to create a small interactive project based on it. I decided to focus on the amazing cover of my book, which shares it's title with my project. The animations were created in both After Effects and Mecanim, Unity's native animation tool. The UI was created using Illustrator, and the art was created by scanning in the book cover and separating the layers using Photoshop. The audio was created using loops in Garageband
